I found this book very helpful and relevant to helping lead yourself and others to a healthy spiritual life through becoming emotionally healthy. The book helps a reader to look at their past and lifestyle and how it affects their currently spiritual life. Its teaches how to deal with this and how cope with it in an ongiong life. The main conclusion is to take more time to be with God by using some of the monastic orders, prayer at specific times, medication, reading of scripture. I am trying to apply some of this to my life, by taking time for silence and meditation on God's word.
The second book was IWoz. This is written by the cofounder of Apple, Steve Wozniak. Really just enjoyed hearing about how he was the main designer of the earliest computers. It was cool to learn about his childhood and parents and the influence they had on his life and how he is a very good and decent person who has been very generous with his money. I would recommend this, but its a little on the technical side, after all he is an electrical engineer and a genious, so these parts can be a little boring and I have to admit to skimming parts when he described teh layout of his circuit boards and this type of thing.

The final book that I am reading right now is Total Church. Not sure about it since I am just in the 2nd chapter, but its written by a pair or church planters in England so its good to have a different perspecitive on church than American. It seems to be a bit closer culturally to Estonia so I hope it can be useful.
