This Monday, December 5 is the Estonian Presidential Prayer Breakfast. Last year I had the privilege of serving on the team. This year I am helping with a video for the start of the event. I was asked to make a video to introduce the topic of "The Family". The event will be take a three sided look at the subject, there will be social workers, politicians and church leaders speaking and weighing on the topic. The purpose of my video is to not really present any one side, but to start the conversation. There are lots of different opinions and views of the family and I will be raising the question, What is a family?. I think this is going to be a fun video to make and I am working on more of a simple graphic style and a narrator asking questions and citing statistics and this will then have corresponding graphics on the screen. One point I hope to make is that the traditional family is the best model for families. Not sure how it will all turn out, but I will try to post the video next week after its all done.
