BEAR WEEK
From September 7-14 we had a special week called Bear Week for university students. This was a week for of serving breakfast to students on the street, sports activities and other events. The week was a big success and we saw many new faces. This also created some very natural connections of our currents students friends and the people of Risttee. We had a team from Buckhead Church help make the week possible and they were a great group with servants hearts.
SLOVENIA
Last week North Point one of our partner churches held their European partners conference in Bled, Slovenia. I love the mountains, so Slovenia was awesome. You love flying into an airport in a valley in the middle of a mountain range. We stayed in a great little bed and breakfast on a mountain side. Attending the conferernce were church leaders from Slovakia, Bosnia-Hertzogovenia, Moldova, Macedonia, Romania and of course, Estonia. The conference was an UNconference, we didn't have a hard schedule and it was built around the countries taking a lot of time to talk and learn from each other. I really enjoyed hearing from the different church plants and left very encouraged by what God is doing around Europe. We also got to visit this place in Bled,

and also this place

My parents arrived on Sunday and will stay till next Friday. Its been great to have them around and see then interact with their grandchildren. Oskar and Alex have adjusted pretty well to having them around. Nora has also had a chance to meet her grandparents. We have enjoyed spending time at home, in town and visiting different play areas around the city. Its been pretty exhausting and each night we all go to bed by 10PM. We are just enjoying every minute we have together and also eating a lot of good food!
This weekend at church we wrap up our series LOGO that is about our identity as a church. This has been a very enjoyable series for our church and one that I hope leads us into new territory this season. I had a chance to preach last week on the identity of "Servants". I challenged our people to bless those we come in contact with and to get out of the service project mentality and start to make it part of who we are. This week Peep wraps up the series by finishing the series with the identity of missionary. I can't wait to see what happens as our people start to live these out!
